The renal doctors are very optimistic about Claire's situation to the point of if she needs to be delivered now, they are not worried.

Therefore, the birth plan is to stay in the hospital and deliver around 37 weeks, if able. That would be the first week of June. 

The only other complication is that the Multicystic Dysplastic kidney is growing. If it gets too big to where it is pushing on the diaphragm, the doctors will take her early. 

The doctor also came in for a quick sonogram check-up, which is where the kidney growth was discovered. 

Things look to be optimistic all around. 
The family was even blessed with a beautiful picture of Claire with her hand in front of her face.
