She had a staph infection (MSSA), but she is reaching the end of her antibiotic treatments. She also had surgery to replace her hemo-catheter. The surgeon placed it in a different (and better) position. She was moved from the third-floor to the PICU a few times due to fluid overload and/or fever. However, she stayed active with a smile, as much as she could muster.
Now, she is constantly moving, learning and growing. She is also on new formula (for adults) which she seems to like. Mom and Dad can definitely attest to it through smell. It smells incredibly better than her previous formula. And she is gaining weight!
